Caprice Atterbury, CPA, has been helping families purchase and sell property in the Charleston area for more than 10 years. She is extremely knowedgeable about the Charleston market and dedicated to helping real estate clients find exactly what they are seeking.

 

Prior to selling real estate, Caprice was a mortgage loan officer originating hundreds of loans and attending dozens of closings. She is keenly aware of the myriad of details that go into making real estate transactions close smoothly. She works closely with her clients and Origin Realty agents to make sure issues are satisfactorily resolved before anybody gets to the closing table.

 

Caprice also has more than 20 years experience as a certified public accountant in public practice, including extensive experience analyzing real estate as an investment vehicle. She grew up outside of San Francisco, CA, and lived in Colorado and Western New York before moving to Charleston.
